She's the new model it girl:Joan Smalls. She has graced the catwalk of some of the top fashion designer's in the world. Joan's on the come up and has been featured in a few fashion ads the most notable has been Ports 1961. She's a Puerto Rican and Black model with Elite Model Management and is the model to watch in 2010.
